Rich People Have Problems Too

Everyone is thinking that rich people do not have issues. Let me get the record straight.

I am in the Emirates flight EK 85. We left Dubai and will reach Zurich local evening time. I had a soup for starter, then the beef for the main. Of course I said yes to the sugar after all the courses. Pancakes and apple juice are my last addictions. They had no apple juice and no pancakes, but some sort of cake, it was great. I mean the sugar is like cocaine for the brain, of course it was nice. The monkey brain wants more of it, but I am in control, that is it for this week.

When the fascinating crew of Emirates offers me wine, they look at me sharply and say: "You do not drink, right?" My answer is: "I prefer water, sparkling with ice and lemon. Thank you so much for your outstanding service." I do not explain myself to people, no time and no need. But as you are a reader and most likely a follower of my journey and Insta account, let me remind you quickly: 10 years no weed, 5 years no chemicals, 3 years no coffee and no porn. I am high on clarity. My strongest drug became my reality and my calling is to guide others to unfold their full potential through sobriety. I focus on identity mentoring through intense mind-set and intrinsic value work. The 1:1 sessions include somatic work for the nervous system, which is guided professionally by Marie Borinski. Not only an essential part of the company, but also my life partner. We are based in Switzerland and that is why the final destination for today is Zurich.

Less is more. Then you know it is serious.

My clients do not sleep because of too much stuff. I do not, because I create solutions to help them with their problems.

Once I put the seat into sleeping position, I could not sleep. My brain is too active, the doubts and fears of my clients are with me, no matter if I fly back from New York or from Athens. My clients hire me, because they know I can deal with the heavy things: the painful divorce, mental instability that leads to suicidal thoughts, the physical pain that unfolds once they try to stop taking stuff. So I take a sip of that cold and fresh mineral water, the ice cubes do this nice sound once they hit the glass. The most important right now is to check in with my client and figure out how he deals with the negative thoughts and the voice in his head, telling him that escape is ok, it is time to freak out, the moment is here to pump yourself up with cheap and easy dopamine.

He is not alone. My following article is not only about my recent client in Dubai, but also about my client in Hollywood, Los Angeles or my asset manager that I am going to meet in Zurich next week in person, before I take a train to Geneva to have 1:1 talks and sessions with my client from Hawaii. I wished I would not be that busy, but this is not going to happen for the rest of my life, because millions of people do not just have a big portfolio financially, they also accumulated massive pain and did not look at their trauma within. And because they avoid this work, there comes this moment where the consumption does not work anymore. The pain outperforms it all. The numbing does not work, the avoiding does not work and the running simply does not bring the results anymore. The pain wins, they are all forced to look into their inner life and the only reason they ask me for guidance is: I did the work and do the work, every day, since 10 years. So I have something that they want to have too: inner peace, stability emotionally and mentally and a healthy body, no pain, no suffering, no stress level that rules my day. I have clarity and express happiness that allows me to take ownership of my life in a way that they cannot buy in a store. Money cannot buy the work I did, but they know they can learn everything from me, so they hire me. I share my life with them, over phone in sessions or like many times happening: on spot, 8 to 10 hours a day, for 7 to 10 days. It is highly confidential, nobody will ever find out who is hiring me. I was always like this, I love to tell stories, but I am a master in keeping secrets, especially because I know that trust is the real currency in every high-level environment, where people worked hard to get where they are now.

No matter if somebody I am working with speaks about the transformation that is happening or they watch a viral video on social media. They message me either way, some just say: "Hello, I want your help, I really need it, can we speak?" Others say: "Hello, how does this 1:1 mentoring work with you. I am interested." Some just say: "Hello, I have since long time the feeling that you can truly help me, I am watching since months videos of you, it is time to reach out. Are you available for a video call, so I can explain my situation?"

My reaction is always the same: If I have the time to speak, I will arrange as quick as possible an intro call and that intro call is the beginning of a very profound transformation. And I tell you why. Because I have no time to talk about bullshit, I go all in and make clear what is obvious to everyone watching my videos: I love brutal honesty, I have no filter and I do not care much if the truth hurts, because who said that the pain is there to hold you back? The pain is actually a strong form of pure energy and that energy can lead you to the roots of all your suffering and once you reach there, you can look at it with honesty. The thing is, where did we learn to deal with the truth in our life? And when did we ever discover the deepest truths about ourselves? I cannot remember a topic in school that helped me get to the core of who I am. And did your parents help you figure that part out? I guess not, that is why we all struggle. I did too, I had to take a bicycle in 2011 to discover who I really was. A big part of the almost 6 years bicycle trip was an escape, a big part was an escape away from my reality, but as longer I was on the road with my tent and my little belongings, with a budget of 3 to 5 USD per day, I figured, the escape was towards my life, not away from it.

This process was painful, I saw the deepest roots inside myself, discovered that I am full of love, but afraid to love and serve, because I simply felt misunderstood. I was not brave enough to stand up for myself and show the world, that love is the answer to every question in life. Self-love felt wrong, because it was new and everything that is new scared my brain, I reacted with doubts if I am on the right path in life. Later on the bicycle trip I faced heavy social pressure, feeling like a loser for not doing a career that is considered successful in the eyes of society.

I am thankful to a woman that crossed my path on the 9th of May in Mykonos, Greece. She sparked the light in me, saying that I am her hero. She was not joking. She said in my face that she saw me in her vision. And she for sure did not talk nonsense, she proposed to me after 3 days, yes she was the one who proposed, and we got married on the 5th of September the same year, that is why I have the tattoo on my back. The numbers are with me forever, same as the energy from that wonderful human, who showed me that I am allowed to be the Alexandros that I always wanted to be. She was actually my first real mentor in my life. She lives today with a kid and husband a powerful life and while writing, I share love with her forever. The divorce was the most painful experience in my life, but nothing, really nothing, made me stronger than those years. And without that divorce, I would never be sitting in 12k on flight EK 85 today.

Thank you, merci for everything. She met me after I came back from India. I spent 1.5 years over there, cycling to Bangladesh and Nepal, living with orphans in Howrah, close to the border, because I was a sports and English teacher. The time around the world was my own mentoring, I met people from more than 100 countries and that time on the bicycle gave me a very cosmopolitan view. I do not see flags, I see human. The same goes for my clients, I receive messages from all around the world and it does not matter what past you have, for me matters if you are ready to look with full honesty into your life and allow yourself, maybe for the first time, to go deep, searching the real values within you, setting up the moral and ethical compass for your life. Building a future based on strong presence and therefore it does not matter what you have experienced, we are going to use all of it to build the life you truly want to live, so you can become the person you really want to be. If I did that, you can make it happen too. You understand that, right?

I was a homeless dude on a bicycle, and I was a junkie before that in Berlin. So I was basically a previous addict that was homeless.

If you know more about my past, the escorts, the adventures, the parties, the non stop chasing dopamine life-style, the lies I lived in, the fake attitude just to belong, oh dear reader, once you know my past, you will not doubt what I will tell you now: The truth will set you free, so be thankful you feel that pain because of your life and the experiences you have. That pain is what we use to work with. Pain is the ultimate tool to grow and growing is a process, it does not happen overnight, you need to give water and light to your soul and once you maintain the healthy routines, you will see yourself blossoming. You will look into your life every day with a new perspective, you will start to love yourself for who you are, because it is all going to make sense. Every moment of your life had to happen like this, also that you read this article right now.

So no matter if we are traveling together in New York, Mexico City, Paris, Zurich or Dubai, I will ask you questions that nobody ever asked you. Why? Because I hear and feel things that you do not type into Claude or any AI, because you cannot see them yet. It will be a wild journey, we will cry and laugh and we will suffer together, because somehow I am blessed with diving into your life like it would be my own one and therefore your pain is also mine. The only difference is that you might be afraid of that pain and you want to escape, but me: give me that pain, that is the super energy that we are going to turn into life power. And that life power is going to elevate you. So let me show you the tools, on all levels. That pain my friend, it is so magical, once you understand and experience how you use it for your life, not against your life.

The self-respect will grow, the love for yourself will unfold and the light in you will come out more and more, people around you will notice and you will feel in the morning a mental boner, thinking that something within you is happening, but you cannot explain it, but you feel it. And that sensation of: "I feel myself", that is one of the first milestones. Not that it will be funny, once you feel all the pain in your heart, in your stomach and in your balls too, but I assure you: the pain is here to set you free.

After a few weeks there will be that moment, where you will look at me and say: I am thankful for reaching that level, it feels new, but I am ready to go deeper. You will be thankful once we are reaching the milestones. That is why I am here, we go there together, I will hold your hand and you are not alone, not mentally, not emotionally and not physically. The integration part hurts, but again, the pain that does not kill you, will make you stronger and I make sure you stay alive. Sounds wild, but I had several moments in my life that I survived, I am experienced in extreme scenarios. I got you.

And now you want to know why rich people also have problems, right?

We can wrap that up quickly, because this is one of the biggest misconceptions about people with money. Let us use the Top 3.

1) Rich people have it easy, because they can buy everything

Wrong. You cannot buy the real love from your wife or the respect from her, it needs to be established through integrity and loyalty and profound personality. Just because you can buy your wife a fancy Hermes bag, it does not mean she is getting horny. And you feel that, that is why you start to avoid the truth, that is why you escape, because the pain of that truth starts to hit you heavily. And that pain from reality, that you cannot deal with, that might make you buy more and more. Consumption becomes another escape, a way to avoid your reality. On top of taking stuff, you buy stuff to fill the emptiness in your life, but this is quick dopamine and it might not be cheap in regards of money, but energetically it is the cheap dopamine that is surely not sustainable. Whatever comes fast and easy for you, that is what truly messes you up. Because in fact, buying things just means you can make something happen that everyone else who walks into the store can make happen. But building trust from within with your partner comes from being mentally and emotionally stable, being a true provider of masculine power, the way you talk and listen, the way you look at her, the way you care about your partner and her development. You wish to be the partner that makes sure that the connection between the both of you is healthy, because of gratitude for what you have been going through. Being at home in the evening, helping her with the family, making sure she is in a safe space, mentally and emotionally. Making sure you can be present and holding strong in moments of crisis and debates. Once you are rich with money, the escape is easier, but that does not make your life better, the opposite: you can run longer and faster and higher, but trust me on that: the falling is more brutal.

2) Rich people are superficial and not deep people

Careful with those judgments. I work with them daily and if you do so, you know that rich people can be super deep, but at some part of the journey the money buys an exit and if you do not learn to humble yourself and ground yourself, those exits are dangerous. So it might look from outside that rich people are superficial, but in fact they are sometimes just having it easier to numb their true emotions and feelings and one way is consumption. Fancy restaurants, cars, bags, watches, call it what you want. But it does not mean that they do not value the food on the table, the people who serve them or the products they bought in the shops. That is totally wrong. Rich people come often with a deep understanding of people and culture, they travel and know things, because they have experienced them. Rich people can be in a certain area of business super amazing and successful, because their focus is heavily on maintaining that high lifestyle and to maintain that lifestyle, you cannot just be stupid rich, you have to be aware of the market, the dynamics and the changes. Many rich people might not come across like aware and conscious, but this is often only because they got put in a box by people who do not wish them good or are actually jealous. I work with people very closely, people who have a lot of money and I see people with deep love and compassion and their financial success is not by accident. That some of them get lost in the lifestyle is not uncommon, because who is teaching you about money, spending and investing? It is for some new and they do not know better, so they take the wrong exit at some point, walk the wrong path for a while and try to get better, asking for help. We all grow up with Hollywood and consumption and trust me, I know rich people who are very sustainable and deep and profound and you would not even see that those people have lots of money, some might even sit right next to you in the train while you are reading. So do not judge people from the outside, my experience is that rich people actually do not have the time to judge others and they care about their inner circle a lot. They are humans like you and me, who stink when they go to the toilet and also only use hot water for cooking. Judging others does not make you better, on the contrary, it says a lot about you. Think about it the next time you point your finger at others. Rich or not rich.

3) Rich people cannot have serious problems, they are rich

I have more rich people in my inbox than most of you would ever think of. I am actually booked out until the end of the year and if I open the spots for 2027, I can already tell you, I will be booked out for the start of 2027 quickly. So if they would not have problems, let us say challenges, as I do not like that word, then I would not be booked and busy. Humans have challenges, we all have. I have too, I just know very clearly how to deal with it. And with lots of money, there comes a lot of side-responsibilities that people without money clearly do not see. My mentor John said once: "With more money, comes more work." And there is a truth in it, because you have a nanny that needs attention, you have a driver that becomes sick or hits your car, you have a house that needs maintenance and you have a partner and kids that get used to things that cost money and you as the provider need to make sure that those things keep coming. You cannot afford to rest as people who take 3 weeks off to fly to All Inclusive holidays. I tell you really from experience, many people want to live the rich life, without the work it requires to make that life happen. I know company owners who have not been on holiday for 6 years. I know husbands who work on the weekend, I do myself, you truly think creating content and being a mentor to rich people gives me a day off? If my client pays 5 figures to work with me and needs mental support on a Sunday, then you go into a call, because the person is in need of support. If you are in a 9 to 5 job, you are Saturday out and taking rest on Sunday and Monday you have your meeting in the board room and you joke around about the soccer game you watched. Rich people are busy and busy means the nervous system is under constant stress and if you do not know as a rich person how to unwind and calm down, on all levels, you are done. The money will not give you the best life, just because you are financially able to make it happen. You need to learn more about yourself and you need to become a great leader, because you have a company that depends on your stability, because if you break down, the business is on fire and you know that my friend. Because if you read this as a rich person, then you know what I am talking about. We all done that, have been there.

And to not be there again, I am coming into the life of those people. I show you how to move through life with routines and habits that serve your lifestyle. You might need to reduce here and there some things and sacrifice, but therefore you will gain on other levels. You will guaranteed bring more quality to your relationships and partnerships and that will make you a stronger and better person. You will learn how to use your wisdom and how to serve others, because I see details that I saw in my own life but did not know how important they were. Saying hello, thank you and talking into the eyes of people. Being present is a key in my work and I will show you how you can express raw authenticity and radiate a power that attracts the right people into your life.

We will get rid of toxic relationships and learn how to make peace with people that you love. The core work is that we overcome your fears, so you can stroll through life with your authentic power. The limitations you accumulated over the years, even if you are rich in money, will be transformed, because who is better than a homeless dude, ex junkie on a bicycle with a 3 to 5 dollar budget, to show you that everything is possible. Spending time with me comes with real talk and deep dive sessions that will unlock a few new doors inside you. And you will be guided, to know how to discover the space that is opening within, because the fear of unknown is human, you will be scared to leave your comfort zone, you will try to escape, no matter if that means buying more presents for yourself and your family or simply by smoking, drinking or sniffing. The escape does not go away, we all just learn to escape towards our best version, not away from it.

And as we are landing soon, I want to upload this article straight out of the flight. So I say thank you for reading and I am sure I can write more about that journey with my clients and share concrete advice for your life. To serve you the best, please drop me a message on Insta and tell me what you want to know, when it comes to getting high on life, being sober and being the best version of yourself. I will make sure I do content about it, my 3 minute videos come out 1 to 2 times a day, daily. I will keep going to inspire you, because if I can live a vibrant and healthy and fearless life, you can do it too. I am 100% sure.

Love and peace from the sky. Alexandros
