Let us cut through the entire bullshit and get straight to the roots of not getting your life in order. I write this article to support you, because I have been a weak man, not stable and never truly in my power. I was running almost my entire life from everything that came with hard work and being consistent. Now I live in Switzerland and run a company that operates globally. I have clients all around the world, a waiting list for my 1:1 mentoring and a wonderful partner that builds this empire with me.
And it all comes with tremendous work. Now I show you how you can do the same work, so you can live the best life ever.
Hi and welcome, my name is Alexandros and I have been smoking weed since the age of 13 and started with powder at the age of 15. My night life was already wild when I was 16 and I even lost my virginity at the age of 16 to a prostitute in the south of Germany. Then I got traumatized for 2 years because I did not last long and did not feel like a hero in bed. Yeah, guess what: with 18 and moving to Berlin, the capital of Germany at that time, I became the player, because I thought I had made it. I had a great paying job, my own place and lived in the most vibrant city in Europe back in the days. I had it all, but I ruined it, because I got lost in the fake lifestyle.
I am writing this for you and for me. This article is not to flex, why should I, I do not feel the need. What I feel is the desire to inspire you, so you can unlock your full potential.
So let us start, enough introduction. If you want to know more, you will find more about me from where you came from. Instagram is my main channel and I share there everything, every day, several times.
Chapter 1 to get sober: Honesty. The real one.
The most important step to unlock your full potential is to be honest. If you are not honest with yourself, you will not achieve anything in your life. Let me assure you on that one, because the main reason you are not satisfied in your life is the truth that you hide from yourself. You might be great at covering up on the outside, but does it work? Obviously not, because you cannot hide from your own thoughts and your own reality.
So what is truly holding you back from being truly honest with yourself? The pain? Forget the pain, that is all in your mind and it is called suffering and you can decide how to suffer. It is not pain, trust me on that, because the pain you experience comes from accumulating more and more lies into your life. Those lies turn into wrong actions and create the wrong habits and the wrong patterns. And that pain comes from your actions and not from not being honest with yourself.
So the first thing I suggest, write down what you truly know about yourself and do it for yourself. Sit down, take a piece of paper and write down what you truly avoid in your life. Most people spend hours in the outside life trying to figure things out, but when it comes to 10 minutes of self reflection, what happens? Running. Escaping and hiding. What the hell are you hiding from? From your own life?
There is nothing more real and amazing than your own life. You have legs, you have eyes, you have a roof over your head and you have a heart that is still beating, so what are you escaping from? From your own life? And even if you say now: "Yes I escape." Ok, let me ask, where are you escaping to?
Chapter 2 to get sober: Look where you go in life.
And if you escape, then please stay real at least in that chapter of your life, if you are not able to be honest at the foundation of your life, as we asked for in chapter 1.
"What does that even mean, Alexandros?" This means look at who you are spending time with. What people do you have in your surroundings, do you like those people, what do you offer those people and what are you doing when you share time with those people? Because your precious time in life is not something you can get at the supermarket, you understand that, right? I see more and more people taking life too for granted, and ok, I did too, but early on in sobriety I became aware of one thing that makes much more sense today: time. My time is precious so I have to watch who I am spending my time with.
And the only reason I did not care about my time back in the days was because I did not have my values and principles in life aligned. I was really lost, which happens because you do not know the direction you have put in place in your daily life. It has to do with values that I did not put in the right place in my daily life. I did not know what I was standing for. What are my values, I asked myself one day fully coked up in Berlin, Germany. I had just come out of a hotel, where I had spent an hour with an escort. And I walked out and saw a family getting into a car. I saw the husband, the wife and 2 kids and asked myself: "What am I doing in this hotel? Did I really go there to sleep with somebody? What kind of man am I?"
I did not know how to be honest at that time, fair enough. But I started to question where I was going and what I was doing and with who I was sharing my precious time in life. And I started to feel more and more empty about my actions. The trick now for you is: figure out where you feel alive by being yourself and if you cannot feel yourself, then ask yourself who you would like to be, what are the things that you would love to do in your daily life and then you need to face the truth: what is holding you back from doing it?
At the end of the day it all comes down to honesty. You understand that part: you need to take the time to be honest and by being honest you invest time into yourself and only yourself. It does not matter where you live and what the elite is doing and what is going on outside your house right now, check first where you are at in your inside life.
Please do me the favor and keep things simple. I used to overthink while I was smoking my joint and then I thought I had figured out the world, but I had figured out nothing. I just talked nonsense to justify my lazy lifestyle and my hedonistic moves, to feel instant pleasure and comfort.
But what did it do to me, it put me in trouble. The people I respected did not respect me. The partners I had with potential saw through my real self and took distance from me. And so on. You know what happens if you are not in your true power, you get lost and life puts you in places where you do not want to be. And you know why? Because if you do not tell life where you want to go, how can it put you in the right place?
You need to wake up from your fake reality, from the highs of the substances that make you talk nonsense to your brain. And I know this might hurt if you read this, but I am saying this from love and empathy. I say this so you can see that there is a way out, because if I made it to where I am today, with peace within and in harmony and living a healthy and fearless and vibrant life, why would you not make that happen?
You came across my profile because you see yourself in me. That is it. So do the work, I do it too and it is paying off on all levels in life.
Last chapter: You need to put serious priorities into your life.
And with that I mean that you need to center everything around those priorities. Everything. Your entire life needs to look like this: What can I do concretely to make my priorities work?
You can answer those questions, but again, you need to be honest with yourself. Not with me, not with your partner, not with anyone. Just with yourself.
The entire game is you vs. you, there is no competition on the outside, it is all within you.
Once you embrace that truth, you are going to start the work step by step. It does not matter how long it will take to thrive or when you will be truly in your power, the bigger question is: what are you waiting for?
If you cannot be honest with yourself and not honest in your life, when it comes to what you can do, at least be honest in answering the question: Why are you still waiting?
That question only you can answer and you do not even need to think about it, just feel the answer and accept the sensation of it, then speak it out and start from there.
If you need support, you know where to find us.
Peace, Alexandros
